The Half Moon Market is a two-day indie craft marketplace event in Albany's historic Washington Park Lake House, independently organized with support from the City of Albany and The Washington Park Neighborhood Association, as well as several community sponsors. We are proud to feature close to 40 regional makers, artists and small companies offering handmade jewelry, ceramics, stationery, clothing, apothecary and more, as well as a few local food & drink vendors.

Join us for a lovely modern macrame workshop at The Millworks in Harrisburg, PA where you will learn the basic knots necessary to create a plant hanger to take home.

During this two hour long workshop we will cover the basics of macrame and it’s many applications. All supplies will be provided, including a plant to compliment your hanger.

There are 10 spots available to keep the learning environment open and allow quality time with each and every student as they learn this new skill.

Cost: $80 (includes all supplies, workbook & a plant)

During this three hour long workshop we will cover the basics of macrame and create a multi-layered wall hanging that is full of detail. All supplies needed to create your hanger will be provided.

Light refreshments will be provided.

The workshop will take place in front of The Market, within Convention Hall from 3pm-6pm.
